Both Cumberland City and Erin, Tennessee are noted for small-town character that also offers many of the amenities of larger cities. You will find unique shops and restaurants, and plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation in a setting just a few miles east of Kentucky Lake. Both cities represent great places to live and work. Erin hosts the annual Houston County Fair, which showcases local agriculture, crafts, and community spirit. Erin is also famous for its annual “Irish Day”, taking place on the 3rd Saturday of March.
The new TVA Cumberland Combined-Cycle Power Plant is bringing new jobs into the area, and Wells Creek RV Park, offering sought after features and amenities, is the closest new RV Park to the plant. The RV park is a new 84-acre camping facility with 200 spacious campsites designed for monthly rentals, each including full hookups and Fiber Optic WiFi access.

A large, scenic area located between Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley, this outdoor recreation area offers hiking, off-roading, fishing, camping, wildlife viewing, and water activities. It is also home to the Homeplace 1850s Working Farm and Living History Museum, where you can step back in history to before the Civil War.
The Dover Hotel Museum preserves the site of the historic Battle of Fort Donelson, which played a key role in the Civil War. The museum showcases the region’s military history and offers guided tours of the former hotel used as a hospital during the war.
Located in Dover, this historic site commemorates the Battle of Fort Donelson during the Civil War. Visitors can tour the battlefield, learn about the battle’s significance, and explore the visitor center and exhibits.
This unique pearl farm on the Tennessee River allows visitors to learn about freshwater pearl cultivation. Guided tours are available, and guests can purchase jewelry and pearls made from the farms harvest.
This trail runs along the Cumberland River and offers hiking and biking opportunities. It is a peaceful, scenic route ideal for nature lovers and those wanting to explore the local wildlife.

Guest is subject to and agrees to comply with all “Park Rules”, a copy of which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Wells Creek RV Park may modify the Park Rules from time to time at its
discretion. Tenant hereby acknowledges receipt of the current Park Rules. Tenant also agrees and acknowledges that
failure to comply with all Park Rules will constitute a material default of this Agreement and will be cause for
immediate eviction and removal from the RV Park
